MD Yaaseen Kamal Maahi was called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, UK. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of the West of England (UWE), Bristol, an LLM in Transnational Criminal Justice from BPP University, London, and a second Master’s degree from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). He also completed the Bar Vocational Studies at City, St. George’s University of London, building a strong practical and professional foundation. He is an Internationally Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator, certified by ARD ODR International, UK.

He has extensive expertise in civil and criminal matters, handling a wide range of disputes, offences, and litigation proceedings. His practice also spans land law, family law, and company & commercial law, with significant experience in drafting and vetting deeds of land, land agreements, land registration, title verification, mutations, and land appeals. Additionally, he advises on corporate governance, contract drafting, banking and financial regulations, NI Act matters, and income tax issues.

Trained in both the United Kingdom and Bangladesh, Barrister Maahi combines an international perspective with local legal insight.
