Nur Mohammad Riyd

Nur Mohammad Riyad is a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln’s Inn, with academic training in both UK and Bangladeshi legal systems. He holds an LLM in International Trade and Economic Law from the University of the West of England, Bristol, and an LLB from the University of London.

He serves as a Legal Consultant at Trinity Legal Counsel, Gulshan, Dhaka, where his practice focuses on corporate, banking, and commercial law. His work includes legal research, drafting of legal opinions and commercial instruments, loan and security documentation, corporate and regulatory compliance, legal due diligence, and matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act and Money Loan Court Act, 2003. He also has experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
